Automatically sync keyframes and cuts to music?

Is there a way to automatically sync motion keyframes and video cuts to the beat of music without having to manually line everything up?

After Effects can do that.

There's a plug-in sold under the name of beats music or something like that that can do this, that's the only thing I know of.
