Automation Blocks: Help with automated labeling please

Hello, does anyone have a code snippet that would label a new file in a specific color every time it appears in a project's path? What code blocks could I use for this?

Can you explain that in a bit more detail? Automation Blocks cannot eract on events like "a new file has been imported" - the automations have to be triggered manually. Do you have a specific rule in mind like "if a project item meets criteria xy it should have color z"? Do you want to set the color for all items whose media path is within the same folder as the active prproj?
