Ich habe auf meinem PC Windows neu aufgesetzt, jedoch ist jetzt die autosave datei weg die ich unbedingt brauche und habe schon mit dem support geschrieben der mir leider auch nicht helfen konnte, ist das jetzt weg?
I have reinstalled Windows on my PC, but now the autosave file is gone, which I absolutely need and have already written with the support, which unfortunately could not help me either, is that gone now?

If you had the autosave files in C:\Users\UserName\Documents they are most likely gone if you reinstalled Windows. That´s one reason to not have them or any other project files there in the future since a reinstall deletes them without asking.
You can also use File Explorer in Windows and search all you disks for *,prproj to find all your project files, if you have saved them on any local disk/disks. Make sure to select This PC and do also attach all external drives if you have any.
