AVCHD and Windows 10 Pr

I am a Mac guy who has recently purchased a PC for editing and have the latest version of Pr CC installed. When I go to import my AVCHD (.mts) footage I recieve an error that says "This file has an unsupported compression type." I've looked for downloads from Panasonic but can't find anything there or here. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

First question on this ... which you probably know ... but to make sure, are you copying the folder structure of your AVCHD from the card to the computer intact, then using the Media browser in PrPro to navigate to/import media?

Delete all media cache as shown below

Rename top folder footage and try again.
