AVI Files don't are reproduced, image is frozen in first frame along the all video edition.

Hi People! 

I reinstaled the Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 in my notebook, but videos in AVI format are not be reproduced, image is frozen throughout the entire video. when i import the AVI file in the program and play the video in the line edition, the image is frozen along the all video time in the fisrt frame, and the problem continue when the video is exported to other format (MPEG for example).

I downloated the MEDIAINFO to discover some informations about the file, and send here an example.

After this i don't know how to continue the correction, someone can help-me ?!
