"Avid DNxHD" option missing from Avid Codecs 2.3.7

I have installed Avid Codecs 2.3.7 (Avid Codecs 2.3.7 Download ) on PCs running both Premiere CC 2017 and CC 2018. On both systems the Avid DNxHD option is missing:

Anybody know how to get around this? I need to export a Quicktime DNxHD 145.

    Did you check in the DNxHD/R list? Although that uses the "modern" listing of them by LB, HQ, HQX ... rather than the old bit-rate numbering system.
