AWS powerful Graphics processors and Adobe Premier

Hi I want to use the powerful AWS infrastructure and the powerful Graphics processors to edit large petabyte files of video.  As I don't want to go and buy these powerful processors, as I don't have the money for it.    But I CAN afford to rent it from AWS.   I want to use the infrastructure-as-a-service by AWS and also use Adobe Premiere but I don't want to do it locally because I don't have a powerful enough graphics processor.    AWS has them for rent, and I want to use their processors with Adobe Premiere.  Should I make an AWS workspace and then upload Adobe cloud services or install Adobe cloud services into the AWS workspace.   I'm just not sure how this is supposed to be done logistically.

I've been told it can't be done but I find it hard to believe that Adobe and Amazon haven't figured this out.  Or are they competitors in this realm and so don't want to share the infrastructures?   So I assume that the reason that they aren't figuring it out is because they are competitors and don't want to share technology?

Again,

Is there any way to use Adobe Creative Cloud services in conjunction with Amazon web services infrastructure without having to download everything to my local machine which defeats the purpose of renting high-power processors.

It isn't possible to do that right now.

Isn't this the exact thing he wants to do?

Adobe software install locally.  Premiere Pro specifically has no render farm capabilities, so this just isn't possible.
