Background on/off switch for essential graphics in PP 13.1.5

Trying to use a paid essential graphics file in Permiere Pro 13.1.5

 

It has a black background which I understand I can remove however there is no BG on/off button and the BG opacity slider affects opacity for all layers within the essential graphic not just the BG

 

Help please!

You might have to contact the vendor of the graphic
