Background Rendering? Video Rendering/Encoding Halts in All Adobe Softwares When Switching Windows

I use adobe premiere pro, adobe after effects and adobe media encoder for video editing, recently I am facing an issue and that is when ever I export or render on any software, it encodes correctly but pause when I change the window.

I have to keep the software open and active for example if I am using google chrome and there is a video being render on any of above software, the rendering process halts until I manually click within the Adobe application again. Is there a specific setting or workaround to enable background rendering or encoding in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Media Encoder, or is there a known solution to address this issue.

I tried changing the version of adobe and reinstalling the softwares but issue is not solved. A few days ago, everything was working smoothly, so I'm not sure why this is happening now?

My PC Specs:

MSI Stealth GS77

intel corei9-1900H

NVIDIA RTX  3060

16GB RAM

1TB SSD
