Backing up video projects from Premiere Pro to work on later on another PC.

Hello, I'd like to know how to back up a video project that I'm editing with Premiere Pro, so that I can continue editing it on a different PC that also has Premiere Pro. This sounds like a Creative Cloud thing. Thanks.

If you know were all your assets including the project file are you can just copy them in any file explorer to a new disk. If you don´t you can go to File > Project Manager and select your Sequences and then collect the files and copy them to a new location.
