bad index offset array

Hi,

 

This just started - tried to open holding SHIFT down and clearing prefecines and cache but that di dnot work.
Any ideas or links to help would be appreciated.

Holding Shift only resets the plugin loading cache—it does not clear your preferences or media cache.


Here are the different modifier keys:

  • Option (Mac) / Alt (Win): Reset application preferences
  • Shift: Reset plugin loading cache
  • Option/Alt + Shift: Reset both preferences and plugin loading cache
  • Command (Mac) / Ctrl (Win) + 3: Disable third-party video plugins

Hi, so the error is back and this time I cant get these solutions to work.  Any other work arounds or just install the program 

 

EDIT :: Logged out of Adobe App and then ran program and it bypassed the error
