bad index offset array

Question

Hi, This just started - tried to open holding SHIFT down and clearing prefecines and cache but that di dnot work.Any ideas or links to help would be appreciated. Thanks, John

Holding Shift only resets the plugin loading cache—it does not clear your preferences or media cache.Here are the different modifier keys:Option (Mac) / Alt (Win): Reset application preferencesShift: Reset plugin loading cacheOption/Alt + Shift: Reset both preferences and plugin loading cacheCommand (Mac) / Ctrl (Win) + 3: Disable third-party video pluginsOther ways to reset:Preferences: Go to Settings > General and click Reset at the bottom of the window.Reset Premiere Pro Preferences (Adobe Help)Media Cache: Go to Settings > Media Cache and click Delete.Clear Media Cache (Adobe Help)
