Bad problem with adjustmen layer

Hi, Premiere have very bad problem with adjustment layer.

The problem:

I edit Multicam project with 4 cameras, and use "Show Multi - camera preview monitor".

Over Multicam I put adjustment layer with transform effect and just change Scale for zoom.

In Multi - camera preview monitor you can see Premiere is make some weird zoom, not from center but from right side, but position and anchor point is default (center of the image)

If I switch of "Toggle multi-camera view" the image in Program monitor is showing correct without this offset in zoom.

The problem is much more serious, because in external control monitor I see the same weird offset zoom and i must constatnly turn off  and on "Toggle multi-camera view", just to see how much I want to zoom.

The same problem is on version 23.0.0 , version 15.4.5 on Mac Studio and PC, maybe on others version too.

In purpose I put grid static picture with numbers in multicam for preview just to be more easy to see problem, and that problem not depend of the video source and you can reproduce it easily.

Hi, Adobe.
6 months and 3 iterations later, there is no answer what is wrong with Multicam monitor and adjustment layer.
This problem can be easy reproduced and it is not connected with source media.
For 6 months No one from adobe contact me or even reply to try to solve this problem.

With all problems with Premiere in each version I feel like BETA TESTER.
And I'm stuck with stable, but not fully functional 15.4.5.
In the forum many people sad...Give us stable and functional program and after that implement new stuff.
Each day I open and read this forum ..sometimes with hours for different problems.
This is waste of time and money!
More often I think to cancel my subscription and leave Premiere and pay AGAIN, but only once for DaVinci Resolve.

So....Adobe, can you reproduce this problem on your side and FIX it,
I don't want to wait another 6 months just to write another angry reply.

Is there a mismatch between the source footage and the destination sequence you're editing in? Are both the same?

No, I only edit MXF HDCAM HD422 50Mb/s, 25fps PAL, upper field, so I set multicam sequence and the edit sequence  to this format.
