Basic 3D swivel or tilt effect creating black lines

Hello, I was rendering a preview of my video so I could see if everything is okay and I came across a problem related to the basic 3d effect. Using swivel or tilt on any image creates random stripes and I have no idea what causes it. (not related to file format or any other effects present on this image)

    Assuming this is 24.1

    There is a known issue with these lines.

    For now, revert to previous version or use the beta.
