Batch change dimensions of multiple sequences ?

Hi,

I have a sequence of 3840x2160 and inside that sequence I have 67 nested sequences that are 1920x1080. Those nested sequences contains video files that are 3840x2160.
So as I want to export in 4k (3840x2160), I need to change the dimension (and not resize) of 67 nested sequences, which is a bit tedious.

So my question is : is there a way to batch change the dimensions of multiple sequences ?

PS: I don't want to resize the clips I want to change the dimensions of the nested sequences
