Batch Create Lower Thirds in Premiere Pro in Windows

I have a slideshow with 600 photos and an Excel sheet with 600 names.

How can I batch create a simple static lower third with the names changing?

Without typing in each name one at a time.

Try the Files Spreadsheet in Automation Blocks, you will have to install Automation Blocks Extension.

Or do it in After Effects as there is scripting with CSV capabilities over there as well.
