Batch process/automation: create 700 videos by swapping a clip and exporting

Hello,

We are creating over 700 individualized videos for college graduates for commencement. Each video includes a clip/graphic/slide with their name in the sequence.

Is there a way to automate the process of swapping the file out (I'm thinking Replace with Clip maybe) and exporting? I'm about to work through using Mouse Recorder software and shortcut keys, but has anyone done something like this? I chatted with an Adobe rep who said there is no built in function for this.
