Best AAF export settings for sending audio to Ableton Live users?

I'm working with a composer who uses Ableton Live and I need to send him my timeline with all audio clips in position.

I've been exporting AAF from Premiere, but since Ableton doesn't natively support AAF, he was having trouble. He found a converter tool (https://abletonliveaaf.shop) that converts the AAF to an Ableton project, and it's been working well.

My question: Are there specific AAF export settings in Premiere that work best for this workflow?

Currently I'm using:

• Mixdown Video
• Include Audio (all tracks)
• Sample rate: 48kHz

Should I be embedding the audio files or linking them? Any other settings that help preserve fades and volume automation in the AAF?
