I have a led screen sized W250cm×H100cm and am not sure what the best sequence settings would be.

The details I received are:

Led pitch: 2.6

Resolution: 960px X384px

Size: W250cm×H100cm

Video size: 1920x686

Would appreciate any help!

While you don't have access to the display screen, for success you need access to more information.

For example, the aspect ratio for "Resolution: 960px X 394px" (which is 5:2 aspect ratio) does not match "Video size: 1920x686" (which is 960:343). So if you deliver 1920x686 something gets cropped or rescaled to max the video you edited fit in the display. Meaning logos and text might get cropped or stretched or squeezed.

Also, there is no mention of frame rate. If you have any significant motion that might not translate as you might expect if going from 30p to 24p or 15p.

And eventually you will need to deliver a file and you'll need to know the codec and the bit rate so that the file will play, and play well.

If you can't get any more info, I would do 1920x686 because that is the "Video size" they ask for.

The size in cm is not that important, the pixels are.

It is a big screen with a low count of pixels.

Start with 1920x1080 and see how it looks. You will have to do some testing.

Unfortunately I have no access to the screen as it is a rental for a show.
