Best way to speed up 24fps footage?

I have some 4k 24fps footage of camera pans and tilts that are a bit too slow and I'm thinking of speeding the shots up just a bit. Does it matter that the shots were only shot at 24fps and not a HFR? What is the best technique to speed them up, just speed > Duration?

Thanks.

Speeding up? No. Slowing down - yes.

That's fine, unless you want to ramp the speed changes, then use Time Remapping.
