Bin arrow icon won't twirl down in Premiere Beta 24.1.0.66. Can't open bins 50% of time

The bin arrow icon won't twirl down when trying to expand a bin. The bin also won't open 50% of the time. Some folders open, but none of them expand open when arrow is clicked. It only lets me double-click the folder to open.
