BIN (FOLDER) METADATA FIELDS: CAN'T BE WRITTEN TO / SEQUENCE, MEDIA METADATA FIELDS ARE OK

Question

For Bins (Folders), the metadata fields can't be written to (ie. Description, Log Note, etc.) either in the generic fields or in saved metadata templates.

Sequences: Metadata fields are writable.

Media Files: Metadata fields are writable

Premiere Pro v25.1.0 (Build 73)

That's correct behavior; there's no 'media-like object' behind a bin.

This is how I get around that seemingly silly limitation, as it sure is useful to be able to add comments or a note about a bin.
