Bin names changing

The latest version of Premiere (24.2.1) seems to be removing any 'leading zeros' in my bin names. This is a minor thing, but is driving me CRAZY! If I name a bin by date, like "0314", and then I close, then reopen my project, it is changed to "314".  Maybe I'm too stuck in my ways, but this feels like a violation of my organizational structures.
