Black bar on side of video after export

Hi there, can someone please check to see what I'm doing wrong. The black bars are thicker in the windows player and is very thin in youtube.

Post screenshots or the image in the export settings, the player and YouTube.

 

If it's just one bar on one side, it's a Dynamic Link issue: Known issues in Adobe Premiere Pro
