Black bars after exportation

I'm having issues with the exportation of my 1600x1080 video. When i export it the preview is good there is not any problem but after the exportation when i try to watch it i have 2 black bars in each side of my screen. I remember having issues with my 4/3 video the last time but after some adjustment on the aspect it was good while on this one nothing seems to work. Does anyone have had the same problem and know how to resolve it ?

The 2 aspect ratios you are referring to are not the same so you will not get the same result:

1024 / 768 = 1.33

1600 / 1080 = 1.48

It's not clear what your sequence settings and footage aspect ratios are: check the Pixel Aspect Ratio (PAR or Aspect). This may be the cause and solution to your issue.
