Black bars and wrong presets when exporting

When I want to export a video with personalized presets, black bars and video/audio formats change automatically (video)

It usually doesn't always happen, but now it won't stop and it's quite frustrating, as it doesn't always allow me to select the format I need, and I end up re-importing my own presets every time. 

Has anyone ever dealt with that?
