Black bars appearing when I use the scale from transform effect
- Version of the app - Version 24.1
- Platform and OS version - Windows 10
- Basic steps to reproduce the problem - Add adjustment layer on top of the video, add transform effect, scale down the video
- Expected result and actual result - the video should be scaled down without having black bars
