Black frames when exporting at 60 FPS

My video file that I imported into Premiere Pro is at 59.71 FPS. When I export, it tries to export at 59.94 FPS, and I end up with black frames sporadically appearing throughout the video. How do I set up Premiere Pro to automatically use my original FPS? I thought that it would do it automatically, but it was originally at 29.97 FPS, which isn't what I need.

What camera was used to record the footage?

If you want Premiere to support variable framerate you will have to update to 2018.0.1.

Otherwise run the clip through Handbrake and make it constant framerate before importing.

All of my adobe apps are updated...

I don't have variable FPS, I just have a video that's at about 60 FPS. Surely Premiere Pro supports 60 FPS...

What exact Premiere version are you using.

What is the origin of this file?

And please post a screenshot of the clip in Mediainfo in treeview.
