Black Lines On Screen

Hi,

When editing in Adobe Premiere Pro,  I am getting black lines when using a transition I got from Envato. I have sent the premiere file to a friend and they don't seem to have the issue when running things on their computer.

I have attached a video to better display the issue I am having.

When I unclick uniform scale (as you can see in the video) the blakc lines go away, but the zoom transition doesn't really work if I do that. Does anytone know why this might be happening.

Here are the specs of my laptop.

Asus TUF Gaming F15
Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400H @ 2.70GHz   2.69 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)

Product ID 00342-21953-16558-AAOEM
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I have tried different transition packs, but there seems to be an issue with scaling, I just don't know what is causing it 😞

Change the sampling on the transform effect from bicubic to bilinear, it should fix it 😉 you're welcome

feels like a resolution mismatch between the envato template and the sequence

It works fine on my Windows machine. The only mismatch I can see is that your sequence is 29.97fps and the effects tracks are 30 fps.

If you are using corner pin than it is a known bug.

Sure you are using effects.

What is in V2, 3 and 4?

Then try pressing Enter to render the timeline and turn the red line above the timeline to green.

Do you have any other effects applied to the Clips? If so, try removing
them and see if that makes a difference. If it does, we can probably figure
out a workaround.

First, I'd suggest you reach out the Envato for support.  I've never worked with their products, so I can't give you any specific help.     Never easy to troubleshoot premiere problems from a distance so please tell us your COMPLETE system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card and if you have any 3rd party plugins installed for Premiere... Also, sequence settings and clip properties can also help. Although you can throw almost any format into premiere, some formats can be problematic, particularly on an underpowered system.

Lots of basic troubleshooting steps which you can find here with a quick search.    Post back with the requested info and we can give you more help.

I have been speaking with the guy who created the file, and it seems to work just fine on his computer.
