Black Mercury Transmit Device During Playback FIX

How to fix no video stream during realtime playback to your Mercury Transmit monitor:

I came across this issue while making selects. When paused or scrubbing, my monitor displayed an image, however, when I hit play it went black and only played sound.

FIX: 
Turn off overlays and mercury transmit playback will work again.

P.S.: Close any other software that may be using Hardware Acceleration e.g.: Chrome, Spotify. It can also be disabled within those App's settings.
