Black output when pausing in editing and trying to use the colour feature

Hi

My PremierePro CC has just updated. Now, when I am in the editing section, the output display window goes black when paused in the timeline. The same is happening when I am in the colour section and trying to white balance and colour my shots - the main output window goes to black.

Any idea of how to fix this? I'm halfway through editing a major project. Up until yesterday I had no problems.

Using Windows 10.

Correct answer R Neil Haugen

First, check your GPU driver ... is it the latest available from the manufacturer? See if changing drivers helps.

 

If it doesn't, I would suggest reverting the project to finish on the previous version.

Needed a GPU driver update and a windows restart - then all was good.
