Black playback

Hi guys, I've been editing a video and tried to replace with after effects composition but it was greyed out. I found I was using Premier Pro 2024 and trying to use After Effects 2025, so I saved my project opened up premier pro 2025 then exited out of my 2024 version. It asked me to convert the file, I can't fully remember what it said but I just clicked yes. Now my whole sequence is black. If I go into my libraries the videos are visible but once it's in the sequence I can't see anything. I can still hear the music track.
