Black screen and %100 GPU usage

While editing GPU jump to %100 usage and goes to black screen for 2 seconds. Similar to how you would wake up the monitor using Windows+Ctrl+Shift+B.

I have a 3050 GPU

Reinstalling GPU drivers did not solve the issue.

This issue does not happen when premiere is on my second monitor. I also have a laptop.
