Blackmagic Deck Link Mini Monitor works with After Effects, but not Premiere

Hello, I have seen issues with this in the past but those solutions have not worked for me. I have a decklink mini monitor which I use to connect a large LG TV via HDMI for client sit-in editing sessions. The TV works in After Effects, but not in Premiere. I have tried changing the sequence settings, unchecking/rechecking the enable mercury transmit box, etc. I have also tried installing an old version of blackmagic's drivers, although I'm not sure if installing an old driver removes the newer install or if the latest version remains used. Premiere used to display the image through decklink just fine, then I had Premiere updated from CC 2015 to the latest, right about the same time I had my smaller Samsung TV switched for a larger one. I'm sure the TV itself has nothing to do with it and it's an issue with Premiere. Here are my specs

Premiere Pro CC 2018 version 12.0.0 (Build 224)

OSX 10.11.6

2 x 2.4 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon

32GB 1333 MHz DDR3 ECC

NVIDIA Quadro K5000 4096 MB

Thanks

Hi JPelc,

Sorry about this. I can only recommend trying a test with the new version of Premiere Pro. You also might want to check with Blackmagic support to see if your setup is supported for looping out a client monitor for Premiere Pro playout. I'm sure they would know. Please let us know what they say.

Thanks,
Kevin
