Blackmagic RAW clips crash PC

CPU Name: Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10850K CPU @ 3.60GHz

Nvidia 2060 Super

Premier Pro using GPU Acceleration Renderer (CUDA)

 

When im working on a BRAW file I hear some coil wine noises from my GPU which is supposedly normal. Anyway, my PC goes black screen and restarts after editing for a few moments. If I change the renderer to software only (CPU) editing becomes slow and delayed which isn't practical for me. Its only when using GPU acceleration and editing BRAW files when my PC crashes. Any other file I work with works fine.

    nvm I had to wait for Autokroma to update their plugin.

      I've got a 2080Ti and never hear any GPU noise.  Huh.

       

      Are you using the BlackMagic or Autokroma plug-in?

      Everyone's mileage always varies ...

      Hey,

      Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. I'm moving this thread to the Discussions section to troubleshoot. Have you tried reinstalling BlackMagic RAW? Please also try performing a clean installation of the most recent GPU drivers. We recommend using NVIDIA Studio Drivers. Let us know how it goes.
