Blade tool bug on open

Hi. I'm on Premiere 24.2.1, 2021 M1 Macbook, recently installed Sonoma. Premiere is working mostly fine but when I switch to the blade tool it doesn't work. When I open Tools (which i tend not to have opened), however, it does work.

FYI, this issue should be addressed in 24.3, which was just released.

An issue was introduced in 24.2.x where the Tools shortcuts would no longer work if the Tools panel was closed. This issue was recently fixed and can be verfied in 24.4 beta.
