Blendefleck wird nicht richtig gerendert

Hallo ZusammenIch bin noch ein Premiere Pro Neuling.Jetzt habe ich ein Video erstellt das zu Beginn den Effekt «Blendefleck» integriert hat.Wenn ich das Video jetzt exportiere als mp4 (Format H.264) stellt es den Blendefleck bzw. das ganze Bild ganz verpixelt dar, siehe Bild.Erst gegen Ende wird es dann scharf.Das Video ist für YouTube gedacht, was ist mein Fehler?Merci für die Antworten

Post screenshot of your export settings with left tab to output and with an image (not black)

Also post screenshot of clip in Mediainfo in treeview here on the forum
