Blue Screen when transcribing a sequence

Hey! I'm trying to use the transcribing tool (that I could use 2 weeks ago) but right now everytime I use it (no matter the project or files) sometimes it just make Premiere crash and the rest of the times it gives me a blue screen. I didnt change anything since last time I used this tool. 
It gave me different BSOD
Tried updating GPU drivers, Windows updates, reinstalling Premiere, restoring system point... everything...

Nvidia geforce rtx 4090

    I've been having this same issue for years.

     

    On mine, it just freezes the screen. I don't see any BSOD. Just a complete system freeze.

    This might be totally unrelated, but a couple of months ago I was getting the Blue Screen Of Death at totally random times (when importing, editing, exporting...). I removed my ram, blew some air on my motherboard and ram slots, re-assembled, and I haven't seen the BSOD since.

    Still happening, Tried on a diferent random clip, when I try to transcribe sequence it crashed, the only thing I could do was exporting disabling hardware acceleration... but I still need to transcribe
