Here is one of the photos dimentions, I also noticed that in my media area (first photo below) that some photos are clear and some arent.

That´s because the dimension of the photo is 501x544 and it is placed in a sequence set to whopping 10149x7076 and you seems to have set the height scaling of the footage to 1169 and the width to 1514. That´s why you get blurry output.
Why do you use a sequence at 10149x7076 instead of a more normal video size of 1920x1080?
It´s often best to start backwards. First decide the size of the output, for example 1920x1080 and create the sequence. After that, add the photos and scale them if necessary and always use Uniform Scale to avoid distorting images and make perfect circles looks like eggs. If you don´t, you will have to fix it later on. And, keep in mind that all scaling always degrade the output quality. So there no magical recepie to scale up 501x544 photos to 1920x1080 or 10149x7076 and expect them to look superb.
