Blurry video and text when exporting

Hello ! i am having trouble when exporting my video it comes out all choppy and blurry ! i've tried exporting it on H.264 On 1080p HD and it still looks very pixalated ! i'm new too premier pro and not sure what to do ! here are the settings currently on the video and what i wanna export it too

You have a tiny 160x120 sequence at a very odd frame rate that you are exporting at 1920 x 1080, that is never going to look good. What is your source material?

i have a couple clips ! recoded by two different cameras i just want the video too look good ! i tried regular HD video and still exports choppy ! what should i change the frame rate too ?

Hey Jonathan,

A frame rate of 15fps can cause the exported file to look choppy. Try changing the Timebase to 24 frames/second, and let us know if that makes any difference.
