Blurry video when exported

Hi guys,

Today I changed and exported my video a few times and suddenly it started to export very blurry.

I export in H.264 and YouTube 1080P HD.

It's very unclear to me why it keeps exporting blurry cause I dont see anything strange in the settings.

In Premier Pro, as well as the preview everything is good quality.

You're upscaling SD to HD.  That's generally not a good idea.

I notice your source video is 720x576i, but your export dimensions are 1920x1080p with "Scale to Fit" set as the scaling. There will always be some softening to your video quality that occurs by upscaling the video dimensions. To me, it also looks like the video was upscaled in your Effects Controls Panel/timeline, too. Was there some upscaling there?

Thank you so much for your help! For some reason by copying it in a new project the problem was solved. Probably a mistake in the settings. Thanks anyway!
