Boomerang Issue still happening with Linear Interpolation

2 keyframes and Bezier curves cause the annoying boomerang effect but when I switch it to linear interpolation Premiere Pro keeps adding the bezier curves. This is frustrating because I only want a linear horizontal/vertical move.
