Bought a brand new Mac m2 and it keeps crashing because of plugin.

Im so dispapointed with Adobe i know it's not easy to manged such a complex editing software but comon we pay nearly 70 dollars for it and only thing we want it to do is work properly on ower devise. Stop adding feature if the basic dosent work. 

I just bought a new computer beaucause my old one was a bit slow and i had my first big client project due so no time to spare. i bought my self a brand new m2 pr0. but to my surpise it was crashing and really really slow. I went on this formurm trying to find a solution and i was not the only one with this problem adobe support didint know any thing about that was not helpfull at all with it customer. It's an other post from a customer that foudn the probleme and i detail it down below for the person who is in the same situation as me.

I had so much stress i cant even translate that via a text. When you are a small film maker trying to make a name for his self and need to deliver a vidéo for a company bithday but your program witch you pay for is not working like it should that makes you angry and stressed out. My reputation was at stake here. 

For the person that is in this case one advice delate the current version your are on and dowload the first one (23.0). 

And the most important thing and for me the most dump, erase all plugins every singel one of them.

(For those saying it'as a pluging error thnik again beaucause on my old 2018 mac it's working great)

I didnt know if i should be mad at mac or adobe. Once ppro strared working like it should on my mac i finally unlocked the power of the m2 chip and oh boy it's somthing nice to work with. 

So to adobe i have 2 probleme.

1. i can not intall pluging as soon as i do ppro crahes and tells me there is an error. 

2. why would you change the fact that when i upload a folder from my desktop it doesnt show on the project i have ervery thing in a folder for a reason it woked well now it just annoying why do the opposite if some personn like to have it with no folder and have a giant mess or creat every folder again insde ppro like a psycho let them do what they want but please tell me how to have like it use to be simple and working.
