boundaries lock drawing for real estate drone editing

is there an easy way to lock boundaries on a property while videoing from a drone. ie as the drone spins around, it continues to show the drawn boarders of a property fixed in the correct spot.

its more about editing the lines to show boundaries on a block of land. i just wanted to know if there was an easy way to make them almost interactive so as the drone flies, the lines stay in the same spot.
