I'm running premiere pro cc 2018 12.1

System

intel i7-3630qm

cpu 2.4ghz

ram 16gb

64 bit operating system

windows 10 v1709 build 16299.371

Soon as I try and export media a 30 second video with no effects after rendering it crashes the program with this message.

Well today it does nothing when I go to export but before it said the program is not responding and windows is trying to find a solution. It can't so has to close it.

Tried reinstalling it but no good.
