Break up of picture at bottom of pic when I play time line

Hi I am recently getting a break up at the bottom of my picture when I play back video in premier pro 2025 here is my spec wind 10 GPU Nvidia GTX 3060 12Gb video ram 48 Gb Ram SSD hard disc just updated driver on the to see it it was a prob with the GPU but no diffrent in Prem pro

    Are you using a Studio driver and not a Game driver?
