Uso Premiere faz mais de vinte anos, era muito rígido e limitado, especialmente na interface, melhorou bastante. Me incomoda ter que ´atualizar´ o aplicativo a cada mês. Mas ainda mais incomoda que o bug simples que tinha na versão anterior, continua firme. Quando copio e colo na timeline o plano não é colado na pista de video que esta selecionada, é colado numa pista aleatória, que as vezes é a pista aonde estava o plano copiado. Parece que o aplicativo é testado por engenheiros mas não por editores.

They did change the behavior on what track assignments do in cut/copy/paste situations a version back. Which takes some getting used to.

updates are not mandatory, though adobe will push you to update after about 1 year. prior to that, there's no reason to update unless there's something specific in release that you want to access.
