BUG: after re-opening a project, the sequenses are in a different order and some are not open anymor

BUGREPORT.
I work on large projects with many sequences. 
I would like the project to open in the same way as I saved it.
But often the sequenses are in a different tab order and also some sequenses are not open in the timeline anymore.
This is anoying to me and brings me extra work. It is not as I want it to be.

Can this be solved? Or am I the only one with this timeline sequence behaviour?
