Bug: Audio plays slow in Timeline (as desired), but Exports at regular speed.

In PP 25.5.0 (Build 13) on a Macbook Pro M1 Ventura 13.5, I am putting 60fps footage (interpretted footage as 29.97) onto a 29.97 Timeline. This results in the Video and Audio playing back (on the timeline) at half speed ie. slow-motion effect. This is what I want (both audio and video to play at half speed). However, when I export the clip, the final video plays half speed (as desired) but the audio is now heard at regular speed. I had adobe tech support take remote control of my Mac yesterday for an hour to try to fix/explain this and they couldn't figure it out.

 

I later learned if I made a new Project file and tried the same thing, the Export would correctly give me what I see/hear on the timeline.

 

So I guess this is a random bug?

Hi Jim_Keaney5020,

Sorry to hear about the issue. If the export works fine in a new project, have you tried importing the affected project into a new blank project to see if it exports properly?
