Bug in Scene Edit Detection?

I used the "Apply a Cut" function a lot, It used to work nicely, but just this month, I see it not work two times. Just posting to report. because now, it would not work at all.

    Hi there!

    Sorry about the issue. Could you update Premiere Pro to the latest version? Also, could you try resetting preferences and see if that helps?
