bug no premiere novo

good night, at adobe's suggestion i updated the premiere today, and now it keeps bugging all the time and the message appears, A low-level exception occurred in (adobe player (player 83) and (player 79)
can someone help me solve the problem i'm in the middle of an issue and this is crashing.
